·         Job Description

1. RMA : Issue RMA Number, repair, make RMA list and update

*RMA : Return Merchandise Authorization

2. Materials management

- Input and output materials

- Checking of material status

- Make list and update

3. Customer satisfaction

- Visits to customer

- Check and repair for defective

4. Work sharing

- Sharing all information to HQ CS Team (Korea)

·         Working Conditions       

1.       Working Days    : 5 days per week

Working Hours  : 8 hours per day

Working Place :  Spark, NV

2.       Annual Salary     70000 ~ 70000 USD        

3.       The Term of Contract     12 months

4.       Total Rewards : Insurance /  House / Meal / Transportation

·         Mandatory Qualification

1.       Degree B/A         Major    Computer Engineering

2.       Experience         more than 1 year of repair experience required

3.       Prefer material management experience

4.       Prefer monitor and electronics repair experience

5.       Skills/Licenses

-          Bilingual in Korean and English (Both in verbal and written)

-          Candidate should be able to use Word, Excel and emails

-          Should be able to lift 40+ pounds

-          Able to drive
