1. Production

Design, produce and install all types of high quality signage. Handle call-ins and walk-in prospects
and customers in a courteous and professional manner. Demonstrate a professional image of the SIGNARAMA brand at all times.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mask, weed and apply vinyl to various substrates.
• Print, mount, trim and finish various digital graphics and signage.
• Must be able to use an X-Acto knife and ruler efficiently.
• Properly load and use a cold pressure laminator following standard safety precautions.
• Load and cut vinyl on a plotter.
• Load media, inks and generate quality prints from digital print equipment.
• Move raw materials, sheets and roll goods for manufacturing.
• Operate a vertical panel saw using standard safety procedures.
• Maintain machinery in good working order.
• Greet customers and answer phones in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Accurately fill in sign layout forms, price estimates and invoices.
• Assist in operating and managing the store when needed.
• Travel to different locations within the community to preview work areas, give estimates
and install various types of signs.
• Apply vehicle and window graphics.
• Keep a running inventory of all stock and supplies.
• Complete in store training utilizing the following: Front counter Sales, Sign Product
Training video, Sign Production Techniques, Key lines and the Owner's Manual.
• Maintain an organized, clean and professional store appearance at all times.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Must be able to climb a ladder while lifting signs.
• Must be able to retrieve various types of substrates from a substrate rack including the
upper shelves.
• Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift over 50 lbs.

2. Inside Sale Associate (Customer Service)

Provides excellent customer service and accurately assesses all customer needs. Coordinates and executes in-house marketing programs. Demonstrate a professional image of the Signarama brand at all times.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Front Counter Sales -- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and telephone customers.
• Execute in house direct mailings.
• Assure customer satisfaction. Send thank you cards with orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries to determine needs, provide recommendations and quotes
and assist customers with the order process. Obtain information for future contact
• Process customer orders. Accurately complete Work Order; obtain customer's approval
and down payment
• Telemarketing Calls to Direct Mail Listing
• Telemarketing Calls to Existing Customer Files
• Telemarketing Calls to New Business Listings
• Telemarket No-Activity Customers
• Call Outstanding Quotations
• Prospecting via phone for new customers. Generate list of prospects through lead groups
or publications (Yellow Pages, Chamber of Commerce directory, etc.)
• Work closely with the Production Area to answer any questions they may have concerning
current work orders.
• Maintain a good working relationship with vendors to obtain quotes and follow up on
orders in process.
• Mailings to No-Activity Customers
• Mailings to Club Members
• Follow Up Of Top 100 customers
• Run Bi-monthly Specials Campaign
• Implement Marketing Strategies from Marketing Planner. Execute in-house marketing,
working with Owner/Marketing Representative
• Enter contact names into database for appropriate follow up
• Contact customers when the order is ready
• Obtain referrals; determine contact name and phone number, and provide follow up with
that referral
• Support Owner as needed with reports, close outs, invoices, and daily, weekly and
monthly paperwork
• Cross train in other areas of the store to maintain a fully functioning store at all times.
• Maintain an organized; clean and professional store appearance at all times.
• Quality Control
• Complete in store training utilizing the following: Front counter Sales, Sign Product Training
video, Key lines and the Owner's Manual.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
• Any combinations of education, training or general experience that would provide the
required skills and knowledge base sufficient enough for job performance. This includes:
• Sufficient formal or informal education to assure the ability to use simple math (adding,
subtracting, multiplying and dividing whole numbers and fractions, as well as converting
fractions to decimals).
• Previous experience as a customer sales associate/service representative.
• Previous experience in a sign shop or graphics industry.
• Pass all assessments/inventories administered during the hiring process.
Knowledge:
• Correct English usage including spelling, grammar and punctuation; ability to
proofread; basic math, read and interpret a ruler and use a calculator; basic sales skills;
telemarketing skills; experience with a POS/Accounting system; using a keyboard for
typing/data input; computer basics including Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills:
• Communication including listening, speaking, hearing and writing, consulting, being able
to assess need and offer possible solutions for consideration; time management; using
the phone book or other lists to generate contact companies.

Desirable Qualifications/Traits:
• Easy-going, adaptable personality, positive outgoing attitude, quality conscious,
flexibility to occasionally work overtime, calm, professional and diplomatic, presents self
well, neatly dressed, well mannered and polite.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Must have the ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.
• Must have the ability to operate a computer and monitor for long periods of time.

3. Graphic Designer (Full or Part-time)

Candidate will be proficient in any of the following programs: CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand, PageMaker, Publisher, or Quark Express. Knowledge of software such as SignLab, FlexiSIGN, CAS-Mate, Inspire, or Graphix Advantage is excellent, as is any experience in the sign making or digital printing fields.
