General Manager 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Included but not limited to) 
Training and Supervise staffs 
Overseeing stock level, ordering supplies 
Payroll 
Handling customer relations and problem solving 
Keeping financial records (Daily Sales/Invoices) 
Handling administration paper works 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required. Multi-lingual highly preferred. 
Excellent customer service and hospitality skills required. 
Positive, can-do attitude and demeanor. 
Availability to work 5 - 6 days out of the week including weekends. 
Prior restaurant experience required. Prior supervisory experience highly preferred. 
Active Food Handler Certificate or Card required. 
Assistant Manager 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Included but not limited to) 
Train and Monitor Staff 
Perform actual serving duties during rush or peak service times 
Frequent customer interaction during dining experience 
Assist General Manager with staff scheduling 
Immediately reports concerns and possible policy violations to the General Manager 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required. Multi-lingual highly preferred. 
Excellent customer service and hospitality skills required. 
Positive, can-do attitude and demeanor. 
Availability to work 5 - 6 days out of the week including weekends. 
Active Food Handler Certificate or Card required. 
Kitchen Manager 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Included but not limited to) 
Monitor food quality for freshness, food portion and overall presentation 
Monitor food supply and re-orders as necessary 
Performs actual food preparation and cooking during peak rush hours 
Monitor BOH staff to ensure productivity and efficiency 
Exhibits professional and effective communication amongst both FOH and BOH staff. 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required. Multi-lingual highly preferred. 
Excellent customer service and hospitality skills required. 
Positive, can-do attitude and demeanor. 
Availability to work 4-5 days out of the week including weekends. 
Prior high volume kitchen experience (in a supervisory role) highly preferred. 
Active Food Handler Certificate or Card required.
