Bluu (www.ebluu.com) is currently seeking a full time Direct Sales Manager & POS Technician for our Las Vegas branch office.

Direct Sales Manager

• Ability to enthusiastically represent the company and its payment processing services/POS products
• Self-motivated, takes initiative, ability to work with minimal direction
• Microsoft Office skill required
• Similar sales experience is helpful but not required

POS Tech Specialist

• Continuously monitor bluu's ticketing system for incoming POS related issues from internal department and external clients
• Provide timely updates to the merchant and/or the ticket issuer on the status of ongoing issues
• Collaborate with other department to escalate and resolve complex technical issues effeciently
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably with POS systems or IT helpdesk support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills with a keen attention to detail
